“I have to do something! Something productive!!” screams myself inside. I’ve been sleeping my whole life for the past few months now. No social life, no night out, no food trips, no movie dates.. NOTHING. I miss everything in the outside world, especially with food! I’ve heard a lot of new restaurants/cafe/coffee shops that’s a must try.. It’s been a while since I explore ’em. However, no matter how bad I want to… I have to stop myself. I still have a lot of savings to do. It’s not depriving myself, though. It’s PRIORITIES. Haaa!
Luckily, I find out that one of my colleague enjoys reading books (like me!), and we agreed to swap books. And luckily, she was reading FLIPPED! One of my fave rom-com-drama film. I watched the film first (i think that was 2011 or 2012, if I’m not mistaken) before reading the book cos I’m too broke. I also decided to add “Current Read” here so that I can at least share with you the books that I’ve read and will read.
It’s about two young hearts Juli Baker and Bryce Loski who lives across the street from one another. The two takes turn in narrating each other’s side by a she-said-he-said type of format. It’s an unusual approach on how two people can discern same events with quite different takes on it.
